Publishing System

Indonesian People’s Law Journal (Jurnal Hukum Rakyat Indonesia) is published using the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform, an open-source journal management and publishing system developed by the Public Knowledge Project (PKP).

The publishing workflow includes:

  • Online Submission: Authors must submit manuscripts through the journal’s OJS platform.
  • Editorial Management: The editorial board manages manuscripts through the OJS dashboard, including initial screening, assignment to reviewers, and communication with authors.
  • Double-Blind Peer Review: Review processes are conducted through the system to ensure transparency and confidentiality.
  • Open Access Publication: Articles are published online immediately after acceptance and final formatting, allowing free access to readers worldwide.
  • Archiving: The journal utilizes the OJS archiving system and supports digital preservation through PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) to ensure permanent access to its scholarly content.

This system ensures transparency, efficiency, and accountability in the editorial and publishing process.
