Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original manuscripts that have not been published or under consideration elsewhere. The following guidelines must be followed:

  1. Manuscript Types
  • Research Articles: Normative or empirical legal research.
  • Conceptual Papers: Theoretical or critical discussions.
  • Case Analyses: In-depth reviews of court decisions.
  • Policy Reviews: Analyses of legal policies or regulations.
  1. Manuscript Format
  • Length: 5,000–8,000 words including references.
  • Language: Articles may be written in Bahasa Indonesia or English.
  • File Format: Microsoft Word (.docx).
  • Font and Spacing: Times New Roman 12 pt, 1.5 spacing.
  • Referencing Style: Use APA 7th edition. Citations must be managed with reference tools such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote.
  • Abstract: 150–250 words in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with 3–5 keywords.

  1. Submission Procedure

Manuscripts must be submitted via the Open Journal Systems (OJS) submission portal. Authors must register and log in to the system before submitting.

  1. Peer Review

All submitted manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review. The review process may take 6–8 weeks.

  1. Publication Ethics

Authors must comply with the journal’s Publication Ethics and Plagiarism Policy. Submissions with a similarity index above 20% will be rejected.
