Author Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit original manuscripts that have not been published or under consideration elsewhere. The following guidelines must be followed:
- Manuscript Types
- Research Articles: Normative or empirical legal research.
- Conceptual Papers: Theoretical or critical discussions.
- Case Analyses: In-depth reviews of court decisions.
- Policy Reviews: Analyses of legal policies or regulations.
- Manuscript Format
- Length: 5,000–8,000 words including references.
- Language: Articles may be written in Bahasa Indonesia or English.
- File Format: Microsoft Word (.docx).
- Font and Spacing: Times New Roman 12 pt, 1.5 spacing.
- Referencing Style: Use APA 7th edition. Citations must be managed with reference tools such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote.
- Abstract: 150–250 words in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with 3–5 keywords.

- Submission Procedure
Manuscripts must be submitted via the Open Journal Systems (OJS) submission portal. Authors must register and log in to the system before submitting.
- Peer Review
All submitted manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review. The review process may take 6–8 weeks.
- Publication Ethics
Authors must comply with the journal’s Publication Ethics and Plagiarism Policy. Submissions with a similarity index above 20% will be rejected.
