Open Access Policy
Indonesian People’s Law Journal (Jurnal Hukum Rakyat Indonesia) provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
All articles are published under an open access license, allowing readers to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of their articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author, provided that the original work is properly cited.
This journal does not charge any subscription or access fees. Authors also do not bear publication fees (No APC – Article Processing Charge).
The journal fully adheres to the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) and the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines.
