Screaning Plagiarism

The Jurnal Hukum Rakyat Indonesia upholds strict policies against plagiarism.

• All submitted manuscripts are subject to plagiarism checks using plagiarism detection software.
• The maximum allowed similarity index is 20% (excluding references and bibliography).
• Manuscripts exceeding this threshold will be returned to the authors for revision or rejected outright.
• Plagiarism in any form, including self-plagiarism, will not be tolerated.
• Authors found to have committed plagiarism may face rejection of the manuscript, a ban on future submissions, and notification to their institution.
